311. Shutter card with tea Time collection

Hello everyone!

For this week Heartfelt Creations inspiration Idesign 7" x 8" shutter card

New Tea Time Collection

Instructions:  

Shutter card measures - 7 inches by 8 inches. To create card base - cut out 14” x 8” piece of Linen White Card stock and score it at 3 1/2”, 10 1/2” (long side up), then fold it using bone folder along the score lines. Cut out two 3 1/4” x 7 3/4” pieces of Paper Collection and adhere them to the card front. Top Tip - another way to create the card base: Cut out two 4” x 8” pieces of Linen White card and score each of them at 3 1/2” (short side up) and fold them using bone folder along the score lines, then adhere them to the 7” x 8” piece of Linen White card.
Cut out 6 3/4” x 7 3/4” piece of Paper Collection and adhere it inside of the card. Stamp the tea pot image from Special Teapot Cling Stamp Set with Wisteria Wonder or Highland Heather Stampin’ Up! Ink pad and colour it with Jane Davenport Silky Skin Colorstick and Watercolour pencils using Blender Marker. Die cut the tea pot and inside piece using matching Special Teapot Die, add additional layer of white card on the back of tea pot. Die cut 2 1/4” x 12” piece of Paper Collection, cut about 2 1/2” of it and adhere it on the bottom and the other piece on the top of the tea pot. Fold both ends to match Paper Collection piece inside the card and cut the excess pieces if needed.
Top Tip - use craft mat to adhere the pieces so they are straight.
Stamp the sentiment on die cut piece from tea pot using Special Teapot Cling Stamp Set with Wisteria Wonder or Highland Heather Stampin’ Up! Ink pad and adhere it inside of the card as shown. Cut out two 2” x 5” pieces of Paper Collection and create a banner end on each of them. Place them on the scoreboard (banner end in the corner) and score them at 4” (long side up), then adhere them to inside of the card as shown.
To decorate front of the card: cut out 1 1/4” x 12” piece of Linen White Cardstock and adjust it to create belly band. Cut out two 1” x 6 3/4” pieces and adhere them on the front and the back of belly band. Die cut eyelet shape and matching shape of Album Tags and Accents Die. Place smaller die cut piece on the center of the card front and adhere both ends of belly band to it. Die cut two decorative pieces of Swirly Accent Spray Die and adhere them to the belly band, then adhere the eyelet shape on the top to cover it. Stamp the sentiment from Celebrate Love Sentiments Cling Stamp Set with Wisteria Wonder or Highland Heather Stampin’ Up! Ink pad on the Paper Collection piece, then die cut it with matching Album Tags and Accents Die. Adhere stamped piece to the belly band as shown.
Stamp leaf cluster from Leafy Accents Cling Stamp Set with Dusty Concord Distress Ink and colour them in with Water Soluble Oil Pastels using Watercolor Brush. Die cut leaves using matching die from Leafy Accents Die set and shape them with Leafy Accents Shaping Mold. Using a sponge, add Designer Dries Clear Adhesive to the leaves, sprinkle them with Rajni Chawla's Crystal Clear Glitter, then adhere them to the belly band. Stamp the flower images from Oakberry Lane Blossoms Cling Stamp Set with Vermillon Archival Ink and colour them in with Vibrant Fuschia and Majestic Violet Archival Inks using Daubers. Die cut flowers using matching die from Oakberry Lane Blossoms Die set and shape them with 3D Blossoms Shaping Mold.
Assemble Oakberry Lane Blossom petals using a hot glue gun, and decorate flower centres with stamens, then adhere them to the belly band as shown. Stamp the spray image from Wild Aster Spray Cling Stamp Set with Seedless Preserves Distress ink and colour them with Seedless Preserves and Mowed Lawn Distress inks using Daubers, then die cut with matching die from Wild Aster Spray Die Set and adhere to the tag as pictured.
